其實續領BNO係個決定，理應只有正評。
此外，當中亦有人同時擁有特衰護照，基於共匪唔承認雙重國籍，續領嘅同時，亦應該取消特衰護照。上次桂民海就係因為咁話佢仲係中國人，變咗係佢內政。

如果英國以外地方出世就要係生之前你要係英國連續住夠3年 - that is not a 100% correct. Under section 3(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981, a British Citizen by descent can register his child born outside of the UK if he lived in the UK for three years or more before the birth of the child.

However, section 3(2) registration may not be applicable to those British Citizens by descent under the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990, as one of the requirement for a section 3(2) registration is -

(3)The requirements referred to in subsection (2) are—

(a)that the parent in question was a British citizen by descent at the time of the birth; and

(b)that the father or mother of the parent in question—

(i)was a British citizen otherwise than by descent at the time of the birth of the parent in question; or

If you are a British Citizen by descent via registration under the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990, you will not meet the above requirement highlighted in red - as your parent was not a British Citizen otherwise than by descent at the time of your birth.

如果你哋父母嘅政治立場係極度大中華膠甚至係親中嘅話，咁請你哋有心理準備你父母會對你講事實不符嘅說話。舊登到連登見盡不少巴打嘅父母夠膽講大話，結果全部都拎得返護照。

簡單D講係咪即係咁:
11歲以下, 97前拎左身份證, 如果原因係申請BNO, 就會有BNO資格; 如果原因係申請回鄉/回港證而非BNO, 就冇BNO資格

九七年前出世而未到十一歲時已擁有兒童身份証呢個情況就只有係向申請護照時先會連帶一同簽發。

I would suggest giving birth in Northern Ireland (Belfast for example). This will mean that your child will be a British, as well as Irish citizen (any child born in the Island of Ireland - including Northern Ireland - with one British Citizen parent will get Irish citizenship). Having Irish citizenship after Brexit in 2019 means the child can still enjoy the freedom of movement in the EU.

That looks like an old British Dependent Territories Citizen (Hong Kong) passport. BDTC (Hong Kong) status came to an end in July 1997.

真心，明明bno post有 docs有哂流程，有哂教學，教人點分點拎。
下下乜都唔睇要人餵到入口，續左既巴打就咪咁好心逐個人教啦。

下下乜7都問直接叫佢地去比錢比人幫佢地搞啦。要續一早就續左，而家覺得出事先黎問問問，繼續用特區做中國人啦！

利申，前幾年升左上u就即刻換左10年bno passport。
